Brooke has over a decade of experience planning and procuring complex infrastructure projects in an environment that blends commercial drivers with government requirements.
For many years, Brooke has specialised in the provision of financial and commercial advice on major infrastructure projects through business case development, procurement, contract negotiation, financial close and contract management.
During her career, Brooke has singularly focussed on delivering value for money for her clients (government or private sector). On a day-to-day basis, Brooke is called upon to solve complex commercial problems, negotiate with influential stakeholders and communicate commercial advice to decision-makers in a user-friendly manner.

Brooke holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce as well as a Masters in International Economics and Finance from the University of Queensland.
