Sean is a specialist planner and project co-ordinator with 19 years' experience on upgrade works and new facility construction across a broad range of construction projects including rail, road and process plants.
Sean is able to draw on experience gained through his involvement in several multi-billion dollar projects in Australia and overseas, along with that gained on smaller projects with significant physical constraints to construction coordination.
Sean has a specialist skill for critically evaluating programs on behalf of clients. His use of risk based project planning tools and trend evaluation methods have effectively assisted project teams to achieve early identification of risks and trends likely to affect the client's project objectives.
Sean has international experience in Dubai, PNG and Malaysia. In Dubai, Sean was the Cost and Risk Manager for the Independent Engineer on the $8B Dubai Metro Project, reporting directly to the Program Director. Sean has more recently contributed to projects in NSW including: Southern Sydney Freight Line, Wynyard Walk, Auburn Stabling Yard and associated projects and Wickham Transport Interchange.
Over the past five years, Sean has provided specialist planning / program analysis input into expert reports for use in informal and formal proceedings.
