Anne is an experienced infrastructure, construction and real estate professional with over $60 billion of infrastructure and construction projects behind her. She has held senior executive roles in organisations delivering major project portfolios including Lendlease and Macquarie Capital and has had significant P&L responsibility for major infrastructure and construction businesses and asset delivery vehicles.
Anne has guided strategy, developed governance frameworks, led business transformation, performance improvement and process re-engineering initiatives for major government and private sector organisations. She has successfully led bids and major transactions (including under a PPP structure), structured and managed capital, undertaken procurement, business case development, commercial management, financial management, risk management and project delivery. She has worked client side, for major developers, builders and contractors and represented services / O&M companies. Anne also has extensive experience in claims management and dispute resolution having led some of the largest disputes, particularly in a PPP context.
Her expertise in PPPs, deal structuring and relationships with institutional and other investors complements her deep understanding of project delivery and asset management / operations. Anne’s focus to date has been across the following areas: transport (road/rail/aviation) / real estate, social infrastructure (health, justice, social/affordable housing), renewables, utilities.
Project experience includes: Metro Martin Place, Sydney, Snowy Hydro, Formosa Offshore Wind, Taiwan, Sale of WestConnex Tranche I, Inland Rail, Northern Territory Secure Facility, Cancer Facility Project – Western Sydney Health, Sunshine Coast University Hospital, Victorian Desalination Plant, Crown Casino Sydney, NSW Port – Enfield Intermodal Terminal, Western Ring Road (Auckland), M4, Lane Cove Tunnel, Cross City Tunnel, Pacific Highway Upgrade – Sapphire to Woolgoolga, M1, M2, M5, M7.
Anne holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws and Master of Business Administration degree. She is a Chartered Accountant with a Certificate of Public Practice, is admitted to practice as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
