Arzina has extensive experience in infrastructure, innovation and legal negotiation. Her strong background in both the public and private sectors allows her to develop and implement feasible solutions across a range of fields. With her legal and policy experience, Arzina has a strong awareness of innovation as an enabler and how to leverage it to realise outcomes.
Arzina has hands on experience in designing and implementing strategic programs on behalf of the Queensland Government. Highlights have included the Queensland Government’s Capital Program 2020 update, the design and implementation of a program to help local governments better plan for strategic infrastructure, and the piloting of a program to implement innovative, industry led solutions to complex government challenges.
Arzina’s career to date has cemented her as a strong strategist and conceptual thinker, with an excellent understanding of public sector issues. She has been a strong contributor towards the assurance of major infrastructure projects and has been involved in precinct strategy development to help build more resilient and responsive communities in a post-pandemic era.
Arzina holds qualifications in Law and Business from the Queensland University of Technology and is admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland.
