George practices in the fields of forensic schedule and cost analysis. He is engaged by both project proponents and contractors to advise them on contractual matters and disputes. He is frequently engaged as an independent time and quantum expert in dispute resolution processes including facilitation, mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation proceedings.
George's experience as a Design Manager and Project Engineer/Manager for contractors on complex projects involves design, procurement, installation and commissioning (civil, structural, mechanical, piping, process and electrical works). He has over 20 years as a project analyst, is highly valued by clients seeking real-world common sense and commercial acumen from their advisors.
Projects that George has worked on range from civil infrastructure, including roads, bridges, water/waste treatment plants, sports stadiums and dams through to remote mining and oil and gas projects including materials handling plant and coal wash plants and process plants, gas transmission pipelines, process plants and storage facilities. He has also worked on numerous chemical/process plants including gold, copper and alumina extraction and smelting plants and power generation and transmission projects.
George has recently worked on marine facilities projects, including port dredging, wharf and jetty construction and shiploading facilities, as well as building construction, including high rise office/residential, social facilities and low-rise industrial facilities.
