Jeff has over 10 years' experience in the infrastructure and resources sectors, where he has advised both private and public sector clients on major infrastructure and strategy planning projects. Jeff has advised clients in the Middle East, United Kingdom, Asia, New Zealand and Australia. Jeff’s expertise include business model and business case development, financial modelling, strategy planning and project management.
Over the years Jeff has developed a deep understanding of the broader issues that need to be considered during the development of transport and urban development business cases such as staging, packaging, commercial model, integrated transport, funding and value capture. Jeff has extensive experience in developing complex business cases and procurement models and managing multiple stakeholders to challenge and refine business case assumptions to develop value for money solutions for clients.
Jeff has also project managed procurement evaluations and managed bid side transactions for government and the private sector. He has strong stakeholder management experience gained from managing financial, commercial and technical work streams on major transactions. His ability to work across multiple work streams and stakeholder groups demonstrates his aptitude to integrate quickly within a project team and deliver to tight timescales.
Jeff is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
