Marko is a chartered civil engineer, RPEQ and project management professional with career experience in Australia and internationally as construction contractor, consultant project engineer and client project manager.

Prior to joining E3 Advisory, Marko was Project Manager, Strategic Planning and Projects within the Australian Peabody Coal PMO. His responsibilities included technical oversight of civil and structural engineering, in addition to management of concurrent capital works programs and operational support projects through concept, feasibility, engineering, construction and commissioning.
Before joining Peabody, Marko was employed by Ausenco as Senior Project Engineer and Area Manager on EPCM and EPC mineral development projects primarily within coal and gold resources. Marko’s role included management of low cost engineering and low-cost country procurement.
Marko commenced his career as a site engineer with Leighton Contractors (now CPB) gaining valuable major projects experience on large scale alliance and lump sum infrastructure projects. He has a Masters degree in Project Management, a dual Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering & Business Management and a Diploma in Leadership and Management. He is a Civil Branch Committee Member of Engineers Australia and Associate Member of ANCOLD.
