Peter has 12 years’ commercial experience in construction and infrastructure both in Australian and the UK nuclear industry performing commercial leadership roles with strong experience in strategic commercial management, bespoke high value and complex contract management and end to end project based procurement.
Peter’s commercial passion is in setting direction through the implementation of delivery strategies, commercial strategies, risk allocation and mitigation strategies, incentivisation, stakeholder management and relationship management for successful commercial outcomes.
With a strong focus on value for money, strategic alignment, stakeholder management, leadership and procurement compliance, Peter takes pride in understanding the key drivers of a project and ensuring they are appropriately captured and managed in tender and contract documentation.
As well as managing teams of procurement professionals in support of project delivery, Peter also provided commercial advice to TfNSW in relation to contracting strategies for distressed projects, new major programs of work, major technology program unsolicited proposals, delivery of new projects outside of the organisation’s corporate knowledge. Peter was sought after based on his reputation earned by a proven track record of problem solving.
