Peter has 44 years involvement in the construction industry, both in Australia and internationally. This experience has covered design, construction, management and advisory work associated with engineering and social infrastructure.
Peter's early career was spent with major international contractors, with his experience progressing from hands on engineering of heavy civil structure to management of business units.
In Peter's advisory career he has had significant involvement in the development of Sydney's rail and road networks. This includes the TfNSW's Clearways Program, Transport Access Program, the Eastern Distributor, M5 Motorway, M4 Motorway, Cross City Tunnel and early work on M4/M5 interlink project.
His experience has included business case development and review, constructability, risk, commercial, and procurement advisory including delivery strategies.
Peter also played a leading role for the NSW Government in the establishment of NSW Housing's PMO, responsible for the delivery of its $2B post-GFC stimulus program. This program has been recognised by both state and federal governments as one of the very few to deliver on its core objectives.
In addition Peter has and continues to provide Expert Evidence on building and infrastructure projects covering delay, quantum and constructability matters.
Peter is a strong business leader, having held major leadership roles for international contactors and within Evans & Peck, where he played a lead management role within the business for over 15 years, before helping found E3 Advisory in 2014.
