Scott has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, bringing together a mix of technical and contractual skills that provide insight to the complexities that face construction projects. Having progressed from site based construction engineering roles, Scott is now focused on the successful management of construction contracts and the resolution of construction disputes.
Scott is able to draw from a broad range of project experience including civil road works, theme parks and coal seam gas developments. This has exposed him to a comprehensive spectrum of contracting models including Alliancing, EPCM, D&C, Cost Plus and Construct only.
Over the past decade Scott’s experience has focused on contract management roles, in particular the formation and analysis of complex claims together with the resolution of contractual disputes. Engaged on behalf of both Contractors and Owners, Scott has been heavily involved with extension of time claims during project execution and forensically.
Scott completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering in 1995 and is currently undertaking a Master of Construction Law.
