Stephen is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) experienced in the delivery of infrastructure projects across all phases of the project lifecycle, from project development to construction, for both government and private sector clients. Stephen’s experience spans a variety of industries including transportation (road and rail), land development, defence, mining and water.
Stephen joined E3 Advisory following a successful period at a global infrastructure firm, building a strong foundation in multi-disciplinary engineering design, project management, contracts and construction.
This breadth of experience, combined with Stephen’s natural collaborative approach, feel for stakeholders and inherent problem-solving ability enables Stephen to develop and provide valuable, informed and insightful observations, advice and recommendations.
Stephen has a particular interest in improving delivery outcomes on infrastructure projects through innovative delivery strategy and procurement planning and is currently completing a Master of Construction Law through the University of Melbourne, where he has undertaken a range of specialist units in specialised Construction Procurement Law, PPP Law, Construction Risk and Insurance.
