Steven has eight years of experience in the transport sector having worked extensively with clients such as Sydney Metro and Transport for NSW in project management, commercial and transaction roles. Steven was the transaction manager that successfully led the contract close for the first competitively tendered integrated station development package at Victoria Cross as part of the Sydney Metro City & Southwest. He has also played a key role in large scale rail projects across NSW including the Digital Systems Program, Automatic Train Protection Program, Lidcombe to Granville Corridor Upgrade Program and the Transport Access Program.
Steven has completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering graduating from the University of Sydney with First Class Honours and is a recipient of the 2015 Faiveley Youth Scholarship. Recently Steven has completed his Masters of Construction Law with the University of Melbourne and has published a paper in the Australian Construction Law Newsletter (Issue #175) that considers the application of Hong Kong’s rail plus property model in Australia.
